Equestrian Proficiency Course
Objectives/Diplomas
This training is for riders who want to improve their technical and pedagogic knowledge in Olympic equestrian disciplines.
Certificates:
- BJEPS*, European level IV
- Galop 7 and 8, Exam of Equestrian French Federation, in dressage, show jumping, eventing.
*Diploma of teacher's state: Diploma of horse riding teaching issued by the French ministry of youth and sports
Length
44 weeks, from the beginning of October to the end of July
Applicants
18 years old Rider
All participants have successfully completed a secondary education.
All participants have acquired a level that allows them to take part in official competitions (level M)
Program
1410 hours of formation equestrian and pedagogic training (1410 hours):
- Dressage;
- Show Jumping;
- Eventing;
- Hunter;
- Work in hand;
- Lunging;
Theory; Conferences; Visits; Competitions; Organisation of equestrian events.
Number of places
6 students follow this course each year.
